How do I change or reset my PIN?

You can change your Bitnomi PIN from the Privacy and Security settings.

Before setting a new PIN, you must confirm your identity using your current PIN or biometrics, if biometric authentication is enabled.

How do I change my PIN?

1. Tap More in the bottom-right corner of the navigation bar.

2. Select Privacy and Security.

3. Select Security.

4. Select Change PIN.

5. Verify your identity using:

   • Your current PIN, or

   • Fingerprint or Face ID, if enabled

6. Enter your new PIN.

7. Enter the new PIN again to confirm it.

8. Once the PIN is updated, the app will show a confirmation message.

Your PIN will not be changed if the identity check is unsuccessful.

What happens if I enter the wrong PIN?

If you enter the wrong PIN three times while signing in, you will be signed out of the app immediately.

To regain access:

1. Sign in again using the same method you used when creating your account:

   • Email address and OTP

   • Google account

   • Apple account on iOS

2. Complete the sign-in verification.

3. Set and confirm a new PIN.

4. Use the new PIN for future sign-ins and transaction approvals.

What if I forget my PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN, follow the same sign-in flow using your original account method. After your account is verified, you will be asked to create a new PIN.
