How do I update my personal details?

You can view your account details and update your phone number or email address from the Profile section of the Bitnomi app.

How do I update my phone number?

1. Tap More in the bottom-right corner of the navigation bar.

2. Select My profile.

3. Select Phone number.

4. Enter your new phone number.

5. Click on Update phone number.

6. Enter the OTP sent to your new phone number.

7. Once the OTP is verified, your phone number will be updated.

You can select Edit to correct the number before completing verification.

If you do not receive the OTP, you can select Resend after 60 seconds.

How do I verify my email address?

1. Go to My profile and select Email address.

2. Enter the new email address.

3. Click on Verify email.

4. Enter the OTP sent to your email address.

5. Once the OTP is verified, your email address will be marked as verified.

If the email address is incorrect, select Edit before completing verification.

How do I update my email address?

1. Go to My profile and select Email address.

2. Enter your new email address.

3. Select Update email.

4. Enter the OTP sent to your new email address.

5. Once the OTP is verified, your email address will be updated.

If you do not receive the OTP, you can select Resend after 60 seconds.

What if I need to change another account detail?

Your full name, username and country of residency cannot be changed directly from the Profile section.
